Obligations and Rights of the Parties
1. Company Obligations:

- The Company undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of information received from the client and not to disclose it without prior consent.
- The Company undertakes to inform the client about changes in the provision of services that may affect the performance of the agreement.
2. Company Rights:
- The Company has the right to change the terms of service provision, including prices, terms, and scope, with prior notice to the client.
- The Company has the right to refuse to provide services if the client violates the terms of the agreement or acts against the interests of the company.
3. Client Obligations:
- The client undertakes to provide the company with all necessary information and documents for the provision of consulting services.
- The client undertakes to adhere to the payment terms for the services provided in accordance with the agreed terms.
- The client undertakes to promptly inform the company of any changes that may affect the performance of the agreement.
4. Client Rights:
- The client has the right to receive information about the status of consulting services at any time.
- The client has the right to a refund in case of non-fulfillment of obligations by the company under the agreement in accordance with the established terms.
- The client has the right to confidentiality and protection of their data in accordance with current legislation.
